  • HOW CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
        All new appointment requests must be submitted by following booking tab on my website.
        If you are an existing client you may email me a request to: hello@raesteele.com 
      Please note** the fastest way to request an appointment for a new or existing client is to book online
    
  • IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE:
​       In order to select a service and book with me, you must choose from the "haircut with Rae Steele" option
       in the services drop down box on Vagaro. Please note that I have an anticipated time wait of at least 3-4 weeks for a visit with        
       me.
  • IS THERE A WAITLIST OPTION IF I CANT BOOK ASAP?
       Yes, I offer a waitlist option with the ability to add yourself for multiple days. On average, Im booked out one or two months in advance. Waitlist unfortunately does not guarantee an appointment and it is recommended to follow up with an email.
  • CAN I COME WITH DIRTY HAIR WHEN IM HAVING A SERVICE DONE?
        Yes, this doesn't hinder my work. Cleanish..dirty-ish...a couple of days of grit is alright but anything over a week needs 
        to be washed.
  • HOW SHOULD I WEAR MY HAIR WHEN COMING IN?​
        Its absolutely important for me to see your hair exactly in the way you want to wear it. If that's air dried or blown out,
        great, but please no ponytails or buns!!
  • WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
        There is plenty of street and residential parking, and there's also a paid lot on Roselawn. 
  • PREFERRED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
        I accept all major debit and credit cards, cash and Zelle.

        *Tips! Are they appreciated, yes! Does it have to be a monetary exchange, NO!
        Let's remove the stress from feeling obligated to tip on any level, here are some alternatives to a conventional monetary tip.

  •  HOURS OF OPERATION?
        Im behind the chair Wednesday 11:00 am- 7:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm. I also set aside time to answer emails and messages Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm.
  • WHAT IF IM RUNNING LATE OR NEED TO CANCEL?​​
        Please read the late cancellation and late client policy. 50% fee for cancellations with 48-24hrs, 100% of services due for same day cancellation or extreme tardiness.

MAYBE WE ARE RUNNING A LITTLE BEHIND: POLICY

I get it, sometimes we run behind. Please do your best to communicate with ample notice. Sometimes its me and sometimes its you, I just ask that we communicate about it. in the event that I run behind I will notify you beforehand.  I offer a 15 minute grace period, in which after that time we will more than likely need to reschedule.  If you do not communicate with me, I will consider you a no-show and the fee listed below will be due.

SO YOU NEED TO CANCEL(RESCHEDULE): POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule please do so in a timely manner. I require a minimum of a 48 hr notice, any appointment cancelled within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the total amount due. Please note this is also on my booking site, if you book an appointment you acknowledge that you will adhere to this. Im doing my best to make sure everyone is seen and taken care of, lets be mindful of each others time! Thank you!
