Booking policies

In an effort to streamline the booking process, all first time appointments are booked online through the Vagaro booking service. You’ll be asked to create an account and place a credit or debit card on file, nothing is charged until after services are completed, and I happily accept cash.

Feel free to leave me a note with your appointment request, and if you request it I can absolutely call you to consult before your appointment.

Late client policy:

I offer a 15 minute grace period, however if you’re a new client and are greater than 15 minutes behind I will request that we reschedule. I will always do my best to accommodate everyone if my day allows or if we are not able to come to an agreement the late cancellation fee will be collected before we are able to reschedule.

Gratuity:

I want to remove any barriers there may be in regards to visiting me. Monetary tips are 100% not necessary! The greatest “tip” for me is a referral. Please leave a review for me on my Yelp page, Vagaro booking site or by simply tagging me on your social media sites. Im grateful to have you in my chair as a client!

cancellation policy:

Life happens- I get it. In the event that you need to cancel, I kindly request as much communication from you as possible to ensure we are able to either reschedule your appointment or cancel-whichever best suits your scenario. I always do my due diligence to reschedule and or work with my guests to the best of my ability, I respect you and your time and I hope that is always reciprocated.

My late cancellation fee schedule is listed below:

2 days/ 48 hours notice: 25% of service due

1 day/ 24 hours notice: 100% of service due.
