About Me

Hello, nice to meet you.

I’m a So Cal native and have been cutting hair professionally for 13 years..and counting! I love doing hair, meeting new people and nourishing the relationships made during my time as a hair dresser.

I began my career like most hairdressers, cutting and dying my friends hair in my bathroom in high school… I got my start in the entertainment industry shortly after graduating from high school assisting my makeup artist friends on small indie productions, and there it was, I truly fell in love with the art of hairdressing. I enrolled in beauty school 3 months pregnant with my son, a little scared but full of hope. I focused on hair color and its chemistry for my formative years behind the chair, and it wasn’t until I developed sensitivities did I tap into the craft of razor haircutting.

I attended a workshop in 2018 that changed my career trajectory, a workshop showcasing air dried hair..true wash and go style that was chic effortless and a little punk rock. The results dazzled my soul and spoke to me deeply, thus the path to master razor cutting was born. I attended any and every workshop I could from-Nick Arrojo of Arrojo Academy NYC, Gerard Scarpaci of Hairbrained, Corrina Hernandez of Pony Studios, Holly Seidel, Hairstory studios live and Jayne Matthews of Edo Salon. Not only are these courses under my belt, but I also assisted Jayne during the Socal leg of her educational tour of 2019.

Since then, Ive added to my professional toolbox as often as possible and created a style that pays homage to my teachers while respecting my inner artist. I truly believe in dismantling stereotypes surrounding beauty standards-lets love on those greys, frizz, texture, density or curls...lets find what you need to coexist with what’s growing out of that beautiful head of yours.

I currently reside in the San Gabriel Valley with my husband John and son Aiden. During my downtime I enjoy hiking near my neighborhood, camping, attending farmers markets, exploring creative endeavors such as painting and sculpting..and learning..it never really stops.

Thanks for reading, I can’t wait to meet you.
